PROGRAMS

Built for the whole student-athlete.

ALL ACCESS integrates athletic development, academics, mentorship, leadership, and family support. Each program can stand alone, but the greatest value comes from how they work together.

01

TRAIN

ALL ACCESS BASKETBALL

High-quality instruction focused on fundamentals, footwork, shooting, guard development, basketball IQ, decision-making, communication, and confidence. Training is structured, age-appropriate, and built around understanding the game—not simply completing drills.

02

STUDY

ACCESS HOURS

Academic empowerment through goal-setting, study planning, tutoring or structured work time, college awareness, scholarship and financial-aid literacy, and age-appropriate preparation for the responsibilities of being a student-athlete.

03

PLAN

EVERY QUARTER FRAMEWORK

A development system that helps each athlete establish and review goals across court, class, character, and community. The framework supports progress conversations without reducing a young person to a single score.

04

NAVIGATE

HOME COURT

Family workshops and resources addressing youth-sports costs, team and trainer decisions, healthy parent support, academic planning, college pathways, financial aid, and common recruiting misconceptions.

05

LEAD

FIRST TEAM FELLOWSHIP

A paid development pathway for qualified women coaches, former athletes, mentors, and emerging sports leaders. Fellows receive curriculum support, youth-development and safety preparation, mentorship, and practical program-operations experience.

06

EMPOWER

ALL ACCESS PASS

Full and partial subsidies that help ensure financial barriers do not determine who receives sustained development and mentorship. Availability will depend on program capacity and confirmed funding.

07

CONNECT

OPEN COURT

Clinics and partner-hosted community events that expand access, identify family needs, and connect young athletes with high-quality instruction and trusted mentors. Dates and locations are in development.
