TERMS OF USE
Use the site responsibly.
Effective August 2, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of the ALL ACCESS website, content, and general interest forms.
Agreement and entity identification
ALL ACCESS is a program and brand owned and operated by The Snack Collective, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“TSC,” “ALL ACCESS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Your agreement is solely with TSC. The founders, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, mentors, volunteers, agents, and other representatives act on behalf of TSC and are not individually contracting parties.
Age, authority, and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms to use an interest form. If you submit information concerning a minor or an organization, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian or that you otherwise have lawful authority to act for the person or organization. Children may not use the forms independently.
Website-only scope
These Terms govern only the public website, its content, and general inquiries. They do not enroll anyone in a program or govern participation. Enrollment, coaching, events, payments, scholarships, sponsorships, facility use, employment, volunteer service, and other relationships may require separate written agreements, waivers, releases, codes of conduct, safety forms, payment terms, or policies issued by TSC or an authorized partner.
No enrollment or outcome guarantee
Website content and submission of an inquiry do not guarantee contact, admission, enrollment, playing time, team placement, coaching, mentorship, employment, funding, financial assistance, scholarship support, sponsorship, facility access, improvement, recruitment, college admission, athletic participation, academic results, or any other outcome. Opportunities remain subject to eligibility, capacity, funding, location, scheduling, safety requirements, separate agreements, and TSC's discretion.
Program and website changes
Programs, pathways, curricula, eligibility requirements, instructors, partners, locations, schedules, pricing, subsidies, benefits, and website features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Descriptions are informational and do not create a continuing obligation unless stated in a separate agreement signed by an authorized TSC representative.
No professional advice
Website information about athletics, academics, recruiting, college pathways, scholarships, financial aid, leadership, wellness, safety, legal matters, or finances is general educational information—not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, recruiting, or other professional advice. Consult appropriately qualified professionals about individual circumstances and decisions.
No affiliation or endorsement
References to Boston College, Georgetown University, ESPN, Nike, Nike EYBL, the New York Gauchos, New York Exodus, Fairfax Stars, schools, teams, athletic organizations, or other third parties describe biographical background, experience, or context only. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, no referenced institution or organization sponsors, endorses, administers, or is affiliated with ALL ACCESS or TSC. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property
The website and its text, program names, ALL ACCESS branding, logos, graphics, photographs, layouts, curricula, frameworks, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TSC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, TSC grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view the website for personal, informational, and legitimate organizational inquiry purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, publish, create derivative works from, or exploit protected materials without prior written permission.
User submissions
You represent and warrant that information you submit is accurate, lawful, not misleading, does not infringe another person's rights, and is provided with all necessary authority and consents. You must not submit prohibited sensitive information or identify a minor through the general form.
You grant TSC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, reproduce, store, review, transmit, and use your submission solely to respond, evaluate the inquiry, operate and protect the website, plan programs, and perform related lawful business functions. Optional marketing use is governed by your separate consent and the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, these Terms, or another person's rights.
- Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your authority, identity, or affiliation.
- Do not submit malware, harmful code, spam, abusive content, or unauthorized promotions.
- Do not probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect content or personal information without written permission.
- Do not use the website to exploit, endanger, harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully profile any person, especially a minor.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on or may link to third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices. TSC does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, interruptions, or practices. A link or technical integration does not constitute endorsement.
No tax-deductibility representation
Nothing on this website represents that a payment, contribution, sponsorship, subsidy, or other transfer to or for ALL ACCESS is tax deductible or a charitable contribution. Tax treatment depends on the recipient, structure, documentation, and applicable law. Do not claim a deduction unless TSC or an authorized recipient provides appropriate written documentation and your tax adviser confirms eligibility.
Warranty disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, AND FORMS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TSC AND THE PROTECTED PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TSC, ALL ACCESS, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, COACHES, MENTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (THE “PROTECTED PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE. THE PROTECTED PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Protected Parties from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, submission, infringement of another person's rights, or lack of authority to provide information or act for another person or organization. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from a Protected Party's gross negligence or willful misconduct where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Maryland law and venue
These Terms and any dispute relating to the website are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls. Subject to any nonwaivable legal right, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Maryland.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or related rights without TSC's prior written consent. TSC may assign these Terms in connection with an affiliate relationship, financing, reorganization, merger, sale, transfer of assets, or operation of ALL ACCESS.
Changes and entire agreement
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning the public website and supersede prior website-related statements, but do not replace a separate written agreement signed by an authorized TSC representative.
